I still suck at Warrior 3 and some of the shoulder stands - but I get better each week. Completing the salutations and nailing the balance poses is a great accomplishment, and if you get your mind right by the end of it the end is so relaxing/freeing.

But now I find it my favorite part of the week and if you stick with it you will see your progress week over week more so than any workout. I had never done yoga before hated every second of the first week, it’s felt like the same sequence for 2 hours (even though it’s only 45 minutes for the salutations) and I struggled with balance, vinyasas, and strength.

I am just starting week 9 on my P90x journey (currently down 20 pounds and 4% BMI) and want to encourage everyone here that hates the yoga because it’s too hard, too long, too boring etc to really stick with it. Hey guys just joined this community here and happy to be a part of it.
